• This machine is suitable for the production the plastic hollow product of 2L – 6L, adopting the crank clamping system, low energy consumption, central clamping, large clamping force, faster speed, and more stable operation.

• Die opening and closing system: Specially designed for Heng lock mold mechanism, it uses high-pressure mold locking, with the locking plate stress located in the center of the template. The clamping force is large, and the open rigid lock template can be installed even with an ultra-wide mold

• Die head system: All components are made of 38CrMoAlA and other superior materials, undergoing precision machining and heat treatment.

• Hydraulic system: It features full hydraulic double proportional hydraulic control, equipped with imported famous brand hydraulic valves and oil pumps, ensuring stable and reliable performance.

• Automatic flying side device: In addition to the overflow device, which can accurately remove the residual material from the product, it is equipped with a straight push-type overflow device and a rotary knife-type overflow device, truly realizing fully automatic equipment without manual operation.
