Mold opening and closing system: the mold opening and closing system uses a servo motor a high torque reducer and an elbow joint mold closing system. The mold opening and closing distance can be easily set on the touch screen, greatly improving operability and safety. A balance type mold locking mechanism is specially designed, using high pressure mold locking and the locking template force is located şn the center of the template. Th locking force is large and the open and solid locking template can be installed even with an ultra-wide mold.

Die head system: it can be matched with single die head, double die head the third mock examination head, four die head and six die head all of which are made of 38CrMaAA and other superior materials through precision processing and heat treatment.

Screw platform system: the entire machine is equipped with a die head platform lifting function with a lifting distance of 200 mm, enabling production of molds that exceed the specified height greatly improving their applicability.
